And this is exactly why I’m likely buying a slightly older Golf TDI now when I upgrade. It fulfills all the space needs, with some fun and power and great mileage. It is kind of the best all around option if you can’t afford a GTI

While I’m not big into Indy, and I admittedly am a novice Jaloper, Lustre Pearl is in my neighborhood. I might just have to stop by.

You can too. Just Mother Nature will win each time.

I’m digging the hatch I see up there

As someone who’s been driving a base model, automatic, Civic for 3 years, I can still only slightly agree. I am tired of my boring car, but honestly it is perfect for my commute. But what you need, if you have a boring car, is to get a less boring car for non-commute driving.

That didn’t happen for 142. And the light was red well before the truck even entered the frame, same for the SUV (not even gonna bother to guess)

In 143 the truck and that SUV totally just ran the red light too. What the hell people?

I think the bigger issue is that these aren’t professional truck drivers or people that know their height. At least not the majority of the time. Most of the time these are people in rented trucks who barely know how to handle it’s acceleration.

If and when I save my pennies up enough to finally buy a Lancia Fulvia, I think I’ll keep it forever. That car just speaks to me.

I’m intrigued, but I have no idea what that car is

Why though? All the characters speak in their own language a lot of the time. Why would you use a translated VO?

Now that’s a proper green

Very true. My options are indeed far more limited. I mostly have found black and grey. Could do worse, but I’d love a crisp clean blue.

Torch is right on the money. A handsome wagon with a Jag pedigree is a perfect fit. Its got space to beat most crossovers, and style and drive quality to make you forget you’re not in your BRZ

To your average car buyer, and maybe even your average Jalop, horespower and torque numbers mean very little more than “Oooh, its higher than X” or “Its lower than Y”. A large part of that is that honestly those numbers mean little without taking into account weight and other metrics that honestly we’re not getting

I love the car, but really don’t care for the body kit. At $15k I feel like I could find one without that.

I’m ashamed to say due to budget I might be ending up with black for my next car...may need to save up for a repaint.

Fun Jalop-Fact: David Tracy is actually 60% Rust

I remember back in the day my dad had a beautiful Mistubishi Galant Sigma, something kinda like this

Sorry for the long life story post. Just kinda been a big focus for like 3 months and driving me mad.
