But, if your idea of an afterlife is reading a car blog at work instead of being the ruling class on a private island with pet dragons, diamond-encrusted chocolate fountains and talking cats, you really should get more creative.

Hyundai is going light on the three pedals, outside of the Veloster. I have my eyes on that Elantra GT Sport but can’t find a three pedal in a reasonable distance. Still, their shifttronic mode on an auto with paddle shifters is fun enough I’ll probably get the auto
While I didn’t love being on a lease, I can say fiscally it was the smartest thing I did after college to get a newer car I wanted. It kept my payments low and helped ensure I was good at keeping up with my payments.
The Santa Fe Sport is pretty nice. My mom has a Santa Fe that’s a couple years old that she loves, and honestly I like driving it either.
I honestly have never even heard of Eagle, but damned if this condition isn’t mint and the price palatable. Definite NP. It s a car that shouldn’t cause you too many problems and honestly is in better shape than some cars half its age I’ve seen for sale at the same price
Gonna miss the news and findings back from Oppy. They are the epitome of tech we put a personality on, and I’m totally ok with that.
I tried to get into Regular Cars, but he fills dead air trying to pretend he’s as witty as Yahtzee on Zero Punctuation, and even Yahtzee gets trying sometimes with that. Testing a car doesn’t need to you to make “witty” assessments of things that make it sound like you hate the whole thing when you’re praising it two…

It was a day in Austin, Texas where eveything had frozen. I’m talking the roads were a sheet of ice and a death trap. Of course, my job hadn’t sent out a closure notice so I had to head in, thankfully I’m from New England and knew how to drive on ice, even without winter tires, and the roads were relatively empty.
To quote OKGO “Gravity’s just a habit that you’re pretty sure you can’t break”
Hyundai’s are pretty solid these days, and definitely have more style than Chevy
They’re making them hard to get. I’m trying to get one for the Elantra GT Sport I’m buying but my local dealership has none and Hyundai of America doesn’t offer them on their website except in digital
I’ve grown up with ADHD, and due to the piss poor medical insurance situation in America have unfortunately been without medication for it for the last 5 years. I’ve had to develop a lot of skills to succeed in the work place without that until I finally got a job just recently that should enable me to afford it…
The Stinger might be the most lust worthy thing Kia has made in years
Ballaban almost got it right. If he wants a Nissan with some more fun then get a Nismo available in the US. In Texas there are a few great priced Sentra Nismo
David, I don’t get why you’re complaining that it’s rust free. You wouldn’t buy it without rust.
I’m with you. My savings are zilch and my debt is average and $20k for a car right now seems like an overreach
I always miss my first car, that admittedly I sent to its demise as a young dumb driver. It was a shitty 2001 Dodge Neon that my older brother had, then was passed to my cousin, and finally to me. It had cigarette burns in the seats and a transmission that stuttered when you let off the breaks that no repair guy could…
My biggest issue is that apparently what are the most popular internal and external colors on the car I’m looking at are really abhorrent to me. A black car and/or really ugly white cloth seats? Who is legitimately seeking out and buying that?
What about say a dealer trade? I have a specific trim I want for a car that is available at another dealer, just that dealer is an hour away and I’d rather not do that trip for the negotiating. Especially since it could take some working to get the price I’d like. Would I just be better off driving an hour for what…
