I spent ten years at EA in QA, starting as a QA contract tester and spending several years as a lead on the Battlefield franchise before moving onto a more general QA role (a tedious, highly technical but very necessary job).

One small point on this - a lot of the people you mention there would be members of Equity, the actor’s union. One of the conditions of membership is that you cannot have the same name as an existing member.
