@Ursus-Veritas: I'd say I'm totally on Sony's side here. If I had a product that was, on all accounts, performing pretty well on a hardware level, and some one was going to try and put forth false claims that it wasn't, I would be rightfully pissed.

@Antiterra: I installed GIMP on my Vista 64 system and opened some psd files and none of them opened 100% correctly. So if you are looking to work with pre-existing psd files, GIMP might not be the best choice.
@anabbeynormality: Although that sounds like an amazing solution (a digital discount if you deactivate a current game), I can't imagine Sony (or any other game company) giving you money back for something you've already purchased.

@penguiniator: Ha, I've started doing that on all my sites too. If you're using IE 6 or 7, you just get a nice big overlay that says "please try out a free, standards compliant browser like Firefox"
