Yup exactly my point. We lost money on the vehicle if memory serves but made up for it in the F&I office. More importantly, two happy customers from the whole situation. It was just one of those things.

I’m sure they got a good laugh out of it. Unless they originally bought the vehicle thinking it was an LTZ and paid a corresponding price. Then everything is right in the universe. I don’t like people getting fleeced by actual stealerships. They give my business a bad name.

I have however bought a car to take the headers and high flow cats off it and then sold it the following week.
