Re-read some information and understand better now. Thanks for the clarification. I never understood it when I lived in Virginia and I was an at-will employee in a right-to-work state.

I believe most of the South is Right to Work. I know there’s a difference between Right to Work and At Will Employment but they kind-of go hand in hand as Right to Work prevents a contract from being drawn up to prevent at-will firing.
