Specs are irrelevant... So long as it lags/crashes less than the Touchpad.

Currently the only ones I've seen have been expresscard/34 ones, so the total of adding 4 USB 3.0 ports to anything other than a 17" macbook pro is around 200$ since you need a dock for it.
