“In our own games—DOTA, Team Fortress, and Counter-Strike—we have a huge number of people who are making content (which isn’t much different from a mod) who can then sell that and make a living. That’s really important,”

This was an issue during Greenlight, their solution was paid entries. Unfortunately that would not work well with mods. It’d be good on them to flag multiple uploads of the same files and have community flagging but I think that’s about the best they can do.

I’m confused. Why not stick with the mechanical? There are different cherries for them that change how they work and sound. I know that Razer has two different kinds that are basically Blue (Green) and Brown (Orange). Admittedly blue is louder and for some reason I don’t know why a gamer would want a blue switch

Still objectively better.

If I recall correctly Youtube just takes the video down when there’s copyrighted content. Muting it seems miles better but that’s just my opinion.

If I’m not mistaken, the monetization options on Youtube are subpar to the ones on Twitch. There are few enough options that good programming in the mobile department wouldn’t make up for it. Content creators are content (I see what I did there) with uploading their static vids to YT and livestreaming on Twitch it

That’s networking. Believe it or not, in the world of business that’s the norm. But to call it unfair could be incorrect, that person either had to work to get that spotlight or knew the person pushing for their partnership personally.

Are there enough control scheme changes to allow the controls to feel a bit more solid? Such as binding the controls for shooting both guns and changing some of the overlapping controls that would be better off not? I feel like that alone would help with the consistent hampering of the controls with the game making a

Kudos for using an image from Black Books. Now I need to rewatch it all.

Of the two games I backed on Kickstarter, all I can say is that I am happy with the development thus far. The other game I backed was Darkest Dungeon, again quite happy.

I look at the title image but all I see is this.

Yeah he should never go into business. I mean, look at all of this awful advertising and spotlighting LoL is getting, that’s the opposite of what businesses want.

Ceramic pans work the same way as cast iron but unlike cast iron can be scratched and permanently ruined if mistreated. Both pans require you to season the pan or coat it with polymerized oil to make a non-stick surface. If you season a cast iron pan properly you should never have to scrub it ever, at worst you’ll

Don’t make gross generalizations.

Don’t speak on my behalf.

Non-stick surfaces tend to break down at some point and can contaminate your food and food will start sticking to it, cast iron lasts longer than a lifetime and can be restored from what looks like ruined to brand new with little effort.

Looks like a lot of Lodges cast iron pans are on sale. Snag yourself a large skillet (12”+) and their 10” griddle, you’ll thank me later.

Is it just me or has literally everyone skipped over the link about the FAQ? Bueller?

So by that logic, if someone bought the game last month, plays it for one month before the expansion and then one month after buying the expansion, can I say their monthly costs are $45/mo. Not to bash on you but your logic and equation kind of suck too.

Serious question for people complaining about price matching. It’s the internet and you’re getting a Steam key in the end, why would anyone care about price matching? If anything Valve is losing money to their own competitors while still taking all of the server load for them, let them deal with it.
