As one of the beta players I can tell you that at least part of Act I is great and the combat is phenomenal. I only had time to try one class, the Engineer, and I had an absolute blast.

They are identical, not just strikingly similar. Not to mention the audio for the joke weapon that one of the devs made was included with this game so it's pretty obvious they stole the assets.

You guys are missing the Bioshock pack and Payday The Heist (4-pack too).

We're talking about the actual assets. The ones the devs created in house at Runic by hand that were ripped from their game and illegal used in this one.

This post shouldn't garner a reply. But what you're asking for is a rushed product which would end up being buggy, have less content and overall be less polished (like most AAA titles these days). I and many others who agree would rather wait for a finished product. It'll be ready when it's ready and it'll be worth it…
