That's horrifying that a cop would cuff a girl who'd been roofied. What's the right answer, in this case? Instead of calling the cops, who should you call?

I really hate the fact that a judge can just decide whether to let someone off the hook when they've done something horrible, or punish someone who really didn't do anything at all. It's kind of terrifying to think that if I make an honest mistake one day, I'll be at the mercy of whichever judge hears my case.
