Girl scout camp is one of the jewels of the scouting program. I went to an east coast GSA sleep away camp (“Hello, all you men and monkeys!”) for a decade and it it contributed to building a worldview where women could do anything.

Yeah, this looks like something that was girl-driven (the whole point of the GSA) and was primarily to help the girls feel normal. That’s an incredibly important metric for these kids, I’m guessing. Not everything has to be about money.

This. Seriously, I am not worried about a pee tape of me ever being broadcast because a) I’m not interesting and b) I HAVE NEVER DONE ANYTHING LIKE THAT. A normal person, who has not made a pee tape, would have responded with “That’s a total lie, and if you really think one exists, bring it on.”

I travel regularly for work and global entry has been a godsend. I gave everyone a global entry card for christmas one year, to solve the family travel problem. No way in hell am I waiting through the god awful mess that is customs and immigration at Logan ever again.
