Yoshida-P, not content with creating a hellscape of a combat system in one game, now sets his sights on TWO games. Again this should have been a spinoff game it’s so bizarre.

This was a good call. We like Atreus enough, but him becoming the main character would have rubbed people the wrong way and likely wouldn’t have gotten to Hel to rescue Kratos for Act 2 or whatever.

It’s easy to hand waive this as being too cautious, but the US is still at the point of having more mass shootings than days in 2023 so I’d say it’s fair caution.

This game really did practically die on release. It didn’t leave anyone’s mouth outside of sponsored streams and that’s a bad sign.

We can aim and walk at the same time this game’s already an improvement. Everything else is just icing on the cake.

You can upgrade the knife and make it top tier. No reason to worry honestly.

Yeah that’s fair given the character’s age. Next they should tackle the absolute incredible girth of bots that flood that game. I had to quit because it was an absurd volume.
