DDR will always have a huge place in my life. Still play it on PC (Stepmania now though). But growing up I was a chubby kid then I got hooked on DDR one day at my local movie theater arcade. I would ride my bike up there as much as I could and play for hours until I finally got dance pad for the PlayStation. That game

My top three games of 2016 (probably in this order)

For Christmas, I got a wide and varied assortment of presents that ranged from books on game writing/design to merchandise from various IPs including Fallout, The Elder Scrolls, Portal and Team Fortress 2.

Whether you’re celebrating Christmas, Hanukkah, or just the general feeling of being alive, happy holidays to you

These updates are awesome. Like you said you can either get a shark card or grind out missions with people online. Redoing the heist missions are a good way to get your money up while still having fun. The fact that these updates are coming out so frequently (seems like very couple months) and they are free is

Yeah, ditto.

Lists are fun. Even the ones not mentioned are already here in the comments. So basically all of my favorites have been mentioned. Cheers.

You could make this list 100 games long and still be leaving good games off.

my dad used to be the GM of that park, and I spent a [very] large chunk of my childhood there - so I loved this one! a star for you!

I’m not sure why you think that “bringing players back” is important when it isn’t subscription based, has no microtransactions, and no paid dlc. Obviously the goal at this point is to sell the game to new customers who are waiting for it to become a worthwhile purchase.

Even the ones that did get a refund deserve an apology. This is PR 101. A refund does not make your customers magically happy again. They were strung along for years and there were a lot of people given a lot of false hope. This isn’t inconsequential stuff like some people are making it out to be. In my place of work,

Gotta love how the comments are all le witty insults... Yeah, we’ve heard it all before. But it’s nice to know they are atleast working on fixing shit. I’d love to hear a postmortem in 5-6 years on why all of those features that existed in the demo builds were taken out, seemingly at last minute before the game went

Yeah but the Great Silence has been broken, and more updates are forthcoming. Is a good thing. Baby steps. No call for pitch forks at this time.

Can’t wait to go back to it!!

I know there aren’t many of us, but this is super exciting. I still play this one every week or so and just wander around. Can’t wait for more things to do in it.

I agree with you in that I don’t think they are con artists. They just overextended themselves, but they are far from the first studio to reveal their dreams for a game to eventually get cut for a release date. Shit, some games get straight cancelled without ever releasing anything. They put themselves out there. As

It’s crazy how people send death threats and rage for months over a video game not being as great as they hoped it would be.

The viciously negative comments, many coming from people who never played the game, show the power of social media to take something fairly minor and blow it up into a raging firestorm that looks like a major movement. Fact is, this is a beautiful, well-constructed game of a particular type. Complainers who want to

What’s New: Patch 0.99

Took longer than I thought, but I figured they would be back. There are a lot of flaws in this game, but if you really didn’t like it, tough shit, it wasn’t made for you specifically.

I don’t know how people assume it’s too late. Too late to what? Make the game THEY wanted to make? They always said that they wanted to
