I've wrapped a flexible lcd touch screen around a shetland pony that I take with me everywhere - this way I have the biggest phone screen of all my friends.

I was hoping for a sphere. Or maybe a klein bottle - would have a nice glass surface, and with 0 bezel. It's going to take some innovator like apple to get there though. I imagine the next iPhone screen is definitely not going to be some boring old rectangle - people are tired of rectangles.

because the other four are for when you are doing something processor intensive, like previewing through the camera in real time while also using some kind of filter (like instagram). Most of the time people are not doing something like this on their phones, but when they do they want it to be responsive.

there's only so many ways you can go with a phone with a large rectangular screen. Phone design within those boundaries is a level of detail where, as long as the design's not crazy, the only people who care about it are the 10% of the smartphone market who obsess about the smartphone market.
