meal replacement protein shakes instead of solid meals have helped me over long flights. I consume fruit and shakes every 3 hours. This keeps me light and comfortable without compromising on nutrition.

well its pretty easy. Each time I feel like eating something I shouldn't, I go to the mirror and look at my 6 pack abs. That kills the cravings immediately. ;)

I'd buy it if the keyboard itself was better and it came in black.

Is it just me or are there just WAYYY too many apps to keep an eye on your gmail account? FF Extensions, java programs, instant messaging programs that do the same thing, rss, dedicated email clients etc etc.... and yet theres a similar post every other day.

Clean and Relaxed - Elegant without forgetting the fun aspect. Love the robots. It feels relaxing just looking at those pictures.
