I feel that WB gave him too much creative freedom with Rises. It looks more like Batman in Inception (of which I was not a fan).

I've been a Batman fan for almost 20 years having grown up on the animated series. But I have no excitement for The Dark Knight Rises, no trailer has done anything for me. I liked The Dark Knight but the fan-fare it got was sickening, it has to be the most overrated movie of all-time.
