Pithy.

Done and done. Thank you!

Thank you so much for the candid take. I greatly appreciate it. I think it'll likely come down to time and cost, which makes an online course look more attractive. But, being able to communicate with others will certainly help with any potential confusion and probably make fluency come a bit quicker.

It's on my list!

Thank you! That's so cool that you know it.

Congratulations once again on the short story success!

Two Days, One Night is a phenomenal film. Marion Cotillard is exquisite in it.

Actually, I don't and it's been something I've wanted to learn for a while. However, I'm now living in the UK (hopefully permanently), so I would probably learn BSL, which is wildly different from ASL.

He's so talented and hot and I want him to be in as many films/TV series/plays as possible.

Put Carol at the top of your list. It's just that good.

It was an award win that surprised me too, but it's a very good, deserving performance, so I can see why.

Sounds like a fun weekend!

It's easily my choice for her best performance. Plus, she is unbelievably adorable in the film with her plaid dresses and pageboy haircut.

The happy ending is what the book a landmark of its time and I'm pleased to say the film is fully faithful in that regard.

It's so glorious and when it finally debuts in Chicago, see it at your earliest convenience.

I lucked out being in London, but I've been wanting my family and friends to see it, and they will likely have to wait until Christmas (at the earliest).

That D'Angelo review was… perplexing, to put it mildly.
The film though was splendidly done. If only the Best Actress category wasn't so crowded this year; Marion Cotillard was excellent and I love how she brought a lugubrious quality to character who is often portrayed as so cold and alien. It made her arc feel all

Books:
*The Talented Mr. Ripley: The fifth book I've read by Highsmith and I can now comfortably say she's in my top five selection of my favorite authors. She brings as much depth to her characters as Fyodor Dostoyevsky and Edith Wharton, but crafts narratives that are as addictive and engaging as any good beach read.
