Upvoted for Manchester Orchestra. Damn good band that emerged out of the "emo" morass.

@avclub-3af233be048b8f7e8f2774609f9634b4:disqus It doesn't happen often, but I just love love love when I come across just an awesome thoughtful perspective on an article that ends up somewhere completely different than the original article but no one minds. Thank you for the great comment today. And these kinds of

The moment when Ruffalo says "That's my secret Cap, I'm always angry." I nearly jumped out of my seat in triumph.  Such a great line reading.

They actually hired a girl (who's really cute too) from dailyblam to work the show but for some reason they didn't keep her on the show.  Her name is @bookishbelle:twitter on twitter and she made a few posts about the subject recently.  Yeah they completely changed the direction of the show to something way more male

I found that Turk and Cox aged and grew closer in a fun way, and Denise's relationship w/Drew was also something I found funny.  But Lucy (aka female JD w/Ponies) was just such a failed character.  Especially since they focused the whole damn thing around her.

I thought that was him!  I really liked him in the largely terrible Scrubs: Medical School show.

Have you checked out Needtobreathe?  I've been listening to them a ton lately.  Admittedly I worked at a Christian bookstore for 2 1/2 years, and "The Outsiders" was probably one of the only listenable albums I heard there.

I still love Five Iron Frenzy, admittedly.

Any thoughts on opening up a site on the West Coast.  Particularly San Diego?  #crossesfingers

I was horrified to see this movie being made.  As a Christian deeply aware of the efforts made by organizations such as Invisible Children and others, the glorification of violence in the name of God here seems absolutely perverse.  Especially when you know how successful other groups have been via peaceful means.

San Diego isn't one of the nights included.  It's just a regular Amanda Palmer show :'(

Reading that synopsis for A Serbian Film ruined my day yesterday. Completely left me disturbed.

I saw this game when it premiered on Armor Games, and my productivity just disappeared for a few days at work. Its an excellent TD game, and nothing was mentioned of the voicework and sound effects which are also delightful.

Surprised nobody mentioned
"Inside" the French Extreme Horror film that came out a few years ago, with a pregnant woman trying to evade a psychopathic woman hell bent on killing her in her house.

I noticed the same thing, thought it was an excellent touch.
