Olivia Colman gave a great performance and was never just an ‘okay comic actesss’ you dolt.

Lol, stop bitching.

You’re right. That opinion is unpopular.

Yeah they’ve pulled this rhetorical trick more than once. There’s exactly one accusation against Woody Allen, and the evidence of his guilt is, to be charitable, massively uncertain.

The one complete dark horse candidate I wish would win is McCarthy. There is some stellar talent in the Best Actress category but that was the performance that blew me away this year. Oh, and score should go to anything but Mary Poppins Returns, a movie I really liked with a really formulaic score.

Or with your cat on your shoulder, and with your 18yo dog snoring under her favorite blanket nearby, on her bed ... under which is her favorite heating pad.

In other news, the burrito place didn’t put extra chips in the bag like they usually do. A hungry nation demands answers!

“Grr, how do you waste Don Cheadle?,” growled a frustrated nation of Saturday Night Live viewers after last night’s pedestrian outing.

This opener reeks of Trumpiness. You know, those times when he start babbling and says, “Many people are saying . . .” when, in reality, he’s the only one who said it.

But he kind of has a point. Amazon knowingly climbed into bed with him. The allegations from Dylan are literally nothing new. Whether or not they’re true is irrelevant. What matters is they’ve been out there long before Amazon cut a check.

I wonder if some movies are made purely with the intent to be watched in the economy section of a United flight.

I would say that Ryan North’s delightful Squirrel Girl series argues otherwise, but I know its tone isn’t for everyone.

“It shocked me. It hurt me. I did seek help. I went to a priest…I am not racist. This was nearly 40 years ago.”

I think much of it has to do with what they said about their past words, thoughts, behavior. Being unapologetic, or insincerely apologetic, is vastly different from someone who legitimately realizes and states how their past actions/etc were wrong.

I dunno...I’m shocked, SHOCKED I tell you, that a 65 year old man from an exurb of Belfast had, at some indeterminate point in the past, problematic views on race!

To be fair, I read that passage and came away thinking that Liam Neeson was ashamed to have had that reaction. This is the interviewer’s editorialization, but it’s still mentioned...

You seem to be lacking some pretty basic understanding of what transexuality is. Nia was always a woman. Her body just didn’t reflect that without some additional medical help.
