I feel like Ready Player One should at the very least get a special mention here if only because its barebones plot that is hastily jumbled together with pop culture references, basically glorifies the gatekeeping of said pop culture, and whose script was written by the book’s author who wrote creepy poetry about

Because millions of people watch and enjoy it. I don’t care for The Big Bang theory, but you don’t hear my whining.

If this is anyone but Steve Allen you’re stealing my bit!

Ok I was not expecting the Elseworlds crossover to dive so far into comedy and camp - when the Smallville theme started I broke - so, yeah, looking forward to the rest.

The “Save Me” music cue when they arrived in Smallville was everything I never knew I wanted.

A little CGI would’ve cleared that right up, seamlessly.

Colbert isn’t even Hollywood you dumbshit, he’s a New Yorker, living in New York and the current and previous 3 shows he was on were in....New York.

I’m not going to even waste my time with your anti-corporate diatribe.

So help me god if this stupid event threatens to kill the one happy Spider-Family in the multiverse I will jump on a bus and head down to Marvel HQ so I can yell impotently in person!

Yeah, The Avengers are definitely the reason we have Donald Trump in the White House right now. It definitely has nothing to do with the media largely turning politics into entertainment, and fostering an ecosystem where people feel that they have to belong to a tribe, be it Democrat or Republican, or Libertarian

How dare Bill Maher not give Jack Kirby co-credit for destroying society.

You sound extraordinarily well-adjusted.

It’s funny because I'm terror shitting right now.

Know what happens when you choose the Lesser of Two Evils?

IDK, I’m pretty sure asking and getting a “yes” would be sufficient in most situations where you didn’t have control over someone’s career. No need to kink-shame.

If she doesn’t care, why should you? Two situations are not the same. One was consensual. The other was not.

Just do HEROES FOR HIRE already. Luke and Danny work better together, and Misty and Colleen are great together. Would hopefully fix the issues with both shows.

We’re still a go for Heroes for Hire, right?
