I REALLY hope someone will turn this into an actual game. Heck, all these portal + old and awesome game videos should be turned into real video games.

the choice is between whether enemies will attack you while you are selecting an action. I.E., if it is set to active, enemies will attack while you are in the menu to select what tech to use. If set to wait, than enemies and the ATB bars will freeze while you are selecting techs and when you are attacking.

Just took a look at Nintendo's website. It is on their list of troubleshooting 3DS>Housing and Hinge>System housing's Color or Paint is Damaged. Looks like this is a known issue and is covered under warranty if it annoys you.

Yeah, But if it is only in units sold in Japan, than it is probably just a bad batch of 3DSs. Most likely, the issue has already been fixed. If it is appearing in other countries, however, than we may want to get concerned.

Has this issue surfaced in, say, 3DSs from countries other than Japan?
