Everyone here is wrong because no one is talking about a grill and an oven. 

The US military and the people who serve in it are not beyond reproach. In fact, the women and men who serve in the armed forces should represent the highest standards of morality of character and conduct and should be rewarded with material and civil respect.

This is what I’ve never understood about recounts and the candidates who hold slim leads: They exude such confidence in the initial fairness and impartiality of their slim victory (which by law requires an automatic recount) but claim partiality, skepticism disdain about a the process and cry foul.
