1:18 scale Caterham Super 7

I hear that. If you want an adventure, try flying domestic in China. The service is still a bit rough around the edges, but inflight food’s actually pretty good.

I’ve been consistently happy with Cathay’s service. HIghly recommended.

Two-stroke? That azure-hued mackerel-hauler’s sexy enough for at least a dozen. The self-aliging hub caps, lack of window cranks, and suicide door aerodynamic braking were revolutionary for their time. It’s rumored that the Maico hood badging served as its own crumple-zone.

It’s Newton’s Second Law of Motion — F=ma. Everyone knows the F stands for “fun”!

OK... that one made me laugh out loud. Well played.

If it’s any consolation, he’s an C-list actor. Meaning, at this moment, he’s probably chowing down on a bowl of ramen noodles before his shift manning the takeout window at In-N-Out Burger begins.

Dammit, Johnny!!

Dyson’s reportedly working on an EV. I rather expect it would come with a retractable cable. :-D

Jaime... I haven’t bread with eggs for months. I have a simple recipe using flaxseed meal that cooks in the microwave in 3-4 minutes. Toasts perfectly, and has a great “mouth-feel”. Let me know if you want it. Cheers.

Unlikely, since that would’ve resulted in progeny more astute than has been demonstrated here.

Jason... Nearly 10 years ago, I wrote the amendments and changes to the California Vehicle Code (SB 2272) that defined the enclosed 3-wheel vehicle class. It was a ton of work getting it passed in the California senate. I don’t take credit for other people’s work, and I hate it when people like Elio casually take

DING... DING... DING!! I think we have a winner! 完璧!

A little more practice, and they might’ve gotten it out of 1st gear...

Not a word about work being done on sodium-ion (Na-ion) batteries? Sodium carbonate is less than 10% of the cost of the equivalent lithium salt, and far, far more abundant.

Wait... Chang’e’s been there for over 4,000 years. Just turn the rover left at the cinnamon tree; you can’t miss her.

Orientation: I would say similar to other “ground dwelling” mammals like chipmunks, ground squirrels and gophers. Clearly, it was attempting to return to its element.

No... I do not fly piloted multi-rotors. Very few people do as most are experimental. My PPL only covers single-engine, fixed wing aircraft.

Speaking of cheap... how about a couple of simple cross members to increase the torsional rigidity, and some actual landing skids. I can’t believe how poorly designed this contraption is.

The initial “stable” flight configuration could be entirely due to ground-effect; plus the fact it was lifting off from a flat, level surface. I think you’d see the same kind of loss-of-control from a platform with no stability control. That said, I’ve reviewed the video again and am convinced that the #2 rotor set
