@JeremytheIndian: It's odd that you have to prefix that with "I'm on a budget". Maybe you (like I) just don't want a phone that doubles as a sub-par camera, camcorder, web browsing device, email client, and so on.

@HiroPro42: Ehh...said Otterbox shouldn't be another $30 (or whatever it is) out of pocket.

They're going to announce that "today, the music died" and that they "drove [their] Chevy to the levee but the levee was dry."

Damn, and here I hoped they'd point out that smarphones suck*...oh wait.

@Jack B. Quick (jbq): Very good point! When will VB end this year? Will we make it to December with VB or sometime in Nov?

On Futurama: "This is actually the midseason finale, but they're not showing the rest of the season until next year, sadly"

@KefkaticFanatic: Look for a brand made in a country other than China, at least.

Logitech = not made in the US

1.) Full compliment of crew, or vastly more than was there. I don't buy this 5 person crew stuff.

@Ivriniel: Same here...the commentators below say you have to read it to understand the movie. That could be the case, maybe?

@aek8: I remember watching that show as a kid. I always wondered why this show didn't rock as much as TNG.

@crikerat: Funny...Patrick Stewart owned that role perfectly.

@Weiner: So? I can hear you talking on your phone to your "peeps".

@bobbobato: I've had the same earphones for my iPods since I got them...never upgraded, never wore out, etc. (It helps that I have 3+ ipods for different uses. I'm not rich, they just don't wear out.)

@A Magician Named Gob: Yeah, but I think the Dock, Spaces, Expose', and Stacks from Mac OS X could make it more viable. You're right, though. Multitouch and the current way we use computers are at odds.

@stan-the-man: It's not the same w/o Mac OS. I wouldn't buy a non-Apple all-in-one. (Personal preference.)

Did it also say it'll never make it into a product? I hope they release it for less than 2k, but I doubt it. I bet price is why we haven't seen multitouch in desktops before now.

@Meghan Spencer: Yeah, it's all fail until then. Fail. Fail. Fail!

@TheNimboo: Ehh, it's easier to believe that when you're paying the Berkeley rate. Confirmation bias and all that. Berkeley means different things to different people.

As a mathematician, I loved the "oh no! we'll have to use MATH!" bit.
