Same. I did NW Arkansas to Chicago which is about 600 miles, and that made for a long day. I definitely can’t wrap my head around doing another 400, let alone 3,000, at speed.

It does hurt someone. Who's going to pay to remove the statues? It's the taxpayers more than likely. It's a waste of time and money to remove any of those monuments. Removing them doesn't change history.

I own a G8 GT, so cut me some slack. The specs on the car are amazing, but it still looks like a Malibu.

It's really the only SUV that I'd consider (that I can reasonably afford). Nice appointed, great towing capacity, dat diesel torque, and you don't feel like a giant vagina when you drive it... there's so much to like about it.

That works too. But when I was on a road trip last summer, my room had one of those ptac units like this one. Balancing boots on it was pretty tough due to the angle.

Tip of the Day: if you get caught in a soaking rainstorm, the best (and cheapest) way to dry your boots is to stuff crumpled up newspaper inside. Get a good amount in there, and by morning, it will absorb all the moisture, leaving you with a nice and dry boot.
