I’d love to see a culture where we focus on teaching that it’s okay for women to say yes to sex...but perhaps more importantly that it’s just fine and masculine for men to say no.

I feel like it would be odder if victims of the person who died were left without recourse for their injuries.

I worked at Starbucks and the whole request to “ring something up as” scenario irked me...but I always had to remind myself that as long as the inventory matched up, it didn’t really affect me directly.

That’s a pretty significant leap in logic based on an unsupported assumption. These schools are extremely competitive to get into...those who attend often work hard to get in. They are hardly being “thrown away” (full disclosure - boarding school attendee).

I’d really like to see companies enact parental leave (split between parents as best fit) that is actually required/mandatory. Parental leave is something you can plan for well in advance.

THE UBIQUITY

A lot of the argument, thoufh , is not that it would negatively impact large companies or their consumers...but smaller business not exempt. So...how much cost us handed down to the consumer at these smaller businesses?

I’m going to flip the script on this one and tell a story about how I was kind of a dick to a celebrity because hey...they’re just like normal people.
