This all sounds to me very much like the American brand of Christianity. I would love to see this research extended to other countries and cultures. To be honest I'm not surprised that Dinklage isn't a great voice actor. He's a great actor, but much of that is about how he communicates with his face (he has very expressive eyes I notice), but he always sounds kind of dry, which without his expression, would seem flat.
