"Either way, the possibility of seeing a character from one medium represented in another is one of the reasons superhero comic fans tune in to these shows."
This is pretty much the only reason I still tune in to this show.

No, not the intent at all. It's interesting you mention impotence. According to the commentary and the director interviews on the blu-ray, the whole film concept started with the idea of a fist as a kind of substitute for a penis, and the idea of violence as a kind of sex. Which informs why [Spoiler alert] he cuts…
I saw it once on its first run, once in a repertoire cinema (the Castro theater in SF, on a double bill with Drive) and once on Blu-ray, which I purchased. I still couldn't tell you what the point of it is, but I love watching it do its thing.
Why would she put the details of her shows on Bush's website? Are they opening?
Barry Zuckercorn?
PSH and James Gandolfini both, such tragic losses. As a fan, I mourn for all the performances that will never be.
So, this is gonna be Gerry in Japan with McConaughey and Watanabe?
See, I think that the Black Album is where the quality of the songs start to falter. To me, about half the songs on the Black Album are great (and that includes all the singles), and the rest is forgettable. So, for me, it wasn't so much that they had changed their sound, but that their songwriting started to suck. …
Don't you mean Angus T. Steakflower?
Thor: The Dark World was hands-down the worst of all the MCU movies. I have nothing more to say.
No. Oh, that was a rhetorical question? sorry…
Oh, well. Shit happens. Shit gets spoiled.

The one time I ever encountered the Melvins, when they opened for Rush at the Cow Palace in San Francisco, they were so freakin' loud and cacophonous that it was actually painful to listen to and I had to go wait out in the entrance area…
Where's (the reference to his role of Jayne on) Firefly?
and by "everyone", I assume you're including the audience
Dear Warner Brothers,
For the love of all that's holy, please don't let David S. Goyer anywhere near the Sandman.
Thank you.
I didn't buy the individual seasons. I waited for the complete set and pre-ordered that. But I'm just saying I agree that it isn't really fair for the people who did buy the individual seasons to have to buy them all over again. And nowhere did I say that the additional content should be free. Referring to the…
It's not simply "extra content available at an additional cost". People who loved the show and wanted to support it by buying the seasons as they came out now have to re-buy everything they already bought if they want the additional content. Thus those people are punished for supporting the show all along.
While that's true, it's still a disservice to fans who buy the seasons as they come out.
