Somehow you both explicitly committed to not doing something and then went and did it anyway in the same comment. In light of the focus of second gear (politics) I can’t help but appreciate the irony.

When gas was crazy expensive under Bush after the Iraq war I remember a bunch of conservatives saying not to blame the president but whatever.

Pretty hilarious that you would frame second gear in that way since last time I looked, our side doesn’t whine and then attack the nation’s capital in defense of their crooked leader...

I agree. The entire goal of this endeavor is to buy enough houses that they can then manipulate the market. It’s already so damn hard for a normal person to buy a house in anything but the cheapest markets and all this does is further price them out and the only people it helps are some rich shareholders.

It should be illegal for any non-individual entity to own a single family property. Fuck these corporations for trying to price gouge people on one of the cornerstones of basic human existence.

So you’re telling me this man committed corporate espionage, selling submarine secrets, by smuggling them inside sandwiches... but he didn’t use a submarine sandwich?!

Deadly Disease:  I can fix their kind of stupid.

My wife was raised by a pair of narcissists. She’s had anxiety issues for her entire adult life, likely as a result of this. She cut off contact with her father a long, long time ago, then finally did the same with her mother. My wife was doing much better for quite a while, then received a late night phone call from

I would be willing the guarantee those who aren’t vaccinated will just say this is ivermectin that BIG PHARMA repackaged to make a bunch of money

Even more so from a Texas DA.

Rolling coal when a person is in the vicinity and when the individual rolling coal intentionally or knowingly causes that excess exhaust to contact that bystander is AT A MINIMUM an assault. They are causing their vehicle to “spit” on a living, breathing, human being that is worthy of dignity and not having his or her

I bet my left nut that his parents make voting choices based on “law and order” and who’s “tough on crime”.

My client is a young man in high school with college aspirations.

Kudos to them for bringing back the Integra name. They should consider bringing back the Legend as well. Oh, and does this mean that Honda is getting a Prelude? Prelude was my first car, and I 💘 them.

There are some nonstick pans (such as the GreenPan) that seem to do totally fine in the dishwasher

I don’t need another free subscription to an identity theft service. What I need is for a company to take my personal information security seriously so that I don’t need to worry about identity theft in the first place.

There needs to be a progressive fine every time this happens that gets more expensive as it happens in a single calendar year, relative to annual revenue. Maybe then these fucking companies will take cyber security seriously.
