Open letter to trump:

There is nothing wrong with feeling compassion for someone, even if they have done horrible wrongs. This desire to castigate forever and forgive never seems to be a problem in American culture right now. 

This craven fucking bullshit. I’m not sure how shaky this seat is, and I’m not a fan of this “run-to-the-left” reactionary bullshit either. But this fuckwad should be drummed out of office. And Biden glad-handing him on behalf of the party elite is equally disgusting.
