Yeah, but the point is the 3G's back can't really be replaced. I mean, I have an Evo too, and the Evo's plastic, but feels sturdy and un-cheap. It's not the type of materials as much as the quality of what's used, or the replacability.

Well, I definately know my 3G's back cracked pretty effin' easy on the corners next to the buttons and the headphone jack. It was so fragile, it wasn't even dropped that was just from regular use! With regular use of the iPhone 4, I'm sure it would hold up well all things considered.

Slow clap to you sir! That's a great point. I use the Angle thingy to keep my headphones from tangling, plus it's a stand so it serves two purposes. I mean, as a stand it kind of sucks, but it does it's job and it was $5!

Personally, whenever I see the iPhone 3G/S I think of it as a horrible design. The tacky chrome bezel? The plastic bubble back? Yuck. The iPhone 4 is great looking though. It's almost a different league between the two, hansome and sturdy vs. cheap and plastic (samsung-like)
