Hi

I assume they’d get buy-in from other semi EV manufacturers to use it, much like what is happening with others now adopting Tesla’s charging standard.

He may have learned something from Classic Loki.

I honestly think that’s probably what they’re doing. It seems like they had most of the production in the can when the charges against Majors were first published—they were already doing the post-production CGI stuff—so there wasn’t a lot they could do that wouldn’t be cost-prohibitive.

In Chicago, they would just declare the building unfit for human use, yank their occupancy permit, cut off their utilities, and not allow anybody inside till he either complied or bribed the right people.

That would be nice.

This is true. TDU winning leadership was one thing, but their actually winning demands through by doing a bunch of shit the old guard was steadfastly unwilling to do (e.g. practice pickets, which some entire locals refused to do) seemed to move the needle. A win for labor in more ways than one.

THAT. WAS. AWESOME.

Lower decks makes so much sense now when we know everyone is drunk.

One of the best episodes of Star Trek I have ever seen, They even redid the SNW intro in the LD style, and added little references here and there.

I agree he doesn’t have the charisma, but one thing he is better then Shatner at is showing just how tactical and intelligent Kirk is. So to me it’s a bit of a wash.

Downey appears as Stark in ten movies, as well as in archival footage in Far From Home, which is roughly a third of the MCU. Most of his appearances are in Iron Man or Avengers movies; he has supporting roles in Civil War and Homecoming, and a proper cameo in Incredible Hulk. And of course, the other characters

The ineptitude at Warner Brothers is STUNNING in its consistency. What’s truly bonkers is it doesn’t seem to matter who’s in charge. It’s literally been this way for decades.

a note that the issue of how to integrate Batman into this movie was apparently a problem.”

True for the most part. But there have been exceptions where they have gone over ten million. A couple of those were Halloween (2021) and Glass. The last Resident Evil movie Welcome to Racoon City was on a budget of 25 million. That being said, I’m fine with them sticking with that being the sole reason as to why they

The trick is to make them charming and entertaining enough, so you can easily enjoy watching them do stuff without caring that they’re bad people (or still feeling sympathetic to them). Good villain protagonist stuff.”

What I’m wondering is how they’ll use forced perspective to make that actress look like Rachel Zegler.

downside is this one cost a lot more than the previous ones, and i’m sure the cost of the sequel is ballooning with the strikes, too.

Yeah, I thought they ended it quite well. My only issue with Dune was the ending, though I know it’s basically supposed to be one movie split into two.

Threads, just like Instagram, is all about Content™, but if they can get news/sports Twitter to migrate there it’ll be all over. That, however, would take a sea change in the way that Meta’s algorithm works given that right now it’s overwhelmingly influencer- and brand-centric.
