Oh I so want to believe this conspiracy.  I mean, they did Before Midnight in secret and hey presto, announced they had a film, and it was coming out in a few months.  So they could do it again.

It’s the one filmic series that I would gladly see them revisit again and again. I’d like to see it go on until Jesse and

Respawning is easier, you can choose a stake of marika which are usually right out side the boss arena as your respawn point instead of the last point of grace you rested at.

I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again, I don’t care much about the punishing difficulty, if only they made respawning easier. I’m trying to S rank Cuphead right now, which has involved literally dozens of restarts against each boss, but it’s fine because restarting is easy. With From games, the bosses are crazy h

heres the thing, sell me,

The problem with streaming isn’t the per-play rate, it’s the fact that the industry is set up only to promote top artists, and the cumulative advantage effect of “top artist/top songs” lists on the music services only exacerbates that. Artists at the top of the popularity chart are doing great with streaming; it’s

They’ll ship the game, the story will come later!

I’m 5'4'’, why when anyone makes fun of anyone’s body for any reason it’s awful but when it’s height, which I can’t control, it’s hilarious?

I’m 6' and I don’t have any problem with her being fired. I can’t pretend to comprehend the cultural implications of the slang she used, but you can say “I prefer tall men” without saying “Short men aren’t humans and should have surgery to fix their defect”. Replace tall/short with any other immutable identifier about

If she’d said tall people should get height reduction surgery, no one would care

I’m with planehugger on this; saying that a broad group of people should be ashamed of their bodies and seek surgical care to “correct” it is fucking disgusting. It wouldn’t be any different than me going on Jezebel and saying, “Fat chicks are gross, they should all just get liposuction! lolz”

I think a person is being inappropriate anytime they suggest that someone is lesser because of a physical feature, and say they should get painful surgery to fix the supposed deficiency. That goes for the comments here, as well as the (far more common) comments women get about their physical features.

Patches (probably) aren’t what you think they are.

That exact same argument has been used for decades (if not centuries) to keep out some “undesired” class, whether it be Blacks, Jews, or poor people. It’s a bullshit argument. Aesthetics are not more important than people.

Riiight... or he’s trying to leverage his significant wealth to dictate how the city will grow, so it grows in a direction that immediately and exclusively benefits him going forward.

You missed the entire point. It isn’t just them suffering. When you have a heart attack and there is no ICU bed because they are full of unvaccinated COVID patients, you suffer. When your kid’s unvaccinated teacher tests positive and you have to find day care overnight or stay home from work, you suffer. When your

Or they could just mandate vaccinations

NO. NO. NO. This is not the fucking way.

If Chappelle were just voicing legitimate concerns, why did he have to put on that performance at the meeting? He could have flexed to the council in an email, or in a private meeting. It does not add up to the counter narrative in his defense.

I genuinely think “Who asked for this?” is one of the worst modern day criticisms of media, and it’s everywhere. It’s an extremely thin criticism to begin with, but it’s also incredibly solipsistic.
