Pittsburgh these days seems to be improving noticeably, in no small part due to their attempts to woo in biotech firms. Rochester definitely has some issues (downtown area is is a literal ghost town), but at least has other large employers to soften the blow (Bausch and Lomb, UofR especially the medical center, etc).…

I saw one in person for the first time just last fall, sitting at a red light. I felt like I had just seen a unicorn!
