Most of what I watch is Tivoed and commercials are skipped past. Sometimes I watch a live morning show but I'll always pause it when the commercials come on and fast forward through them even when I run to the kitchen or bathroom. Same for my wife. #tv

My technique: Aim face up. Open mouth. Dump plate of wings on it. #food

Now I can get my fill of monotonous arpeggios and scales. #music

Sadly I can download this in the USA. #music

I'm getting uncaught exception also. Then FF says it wants to play Thermonuclear War.

I don't understand the sports icons at the right. "Shadowboxing man" burns more calories than "disco rollerblading while bowling woman" and "giant legged runner crossing invisible tape woman"?

@iain010100: ... Forgot to add that I need to be able to schedule the backup. Preferably something that will do a nightly update of only the changed files.

I am looking for a Windows app that will sync one or more folders to a dedicated backup hard drive. I purchased some new hard drives for this purpose but I haven't found the software I need. Any suggestions?

I use a pay as you go plan from AT&T and spend about $25 per month. They charge me $1 per day if I used the phone, plus $.10 per minute if I call someone not on AT&T. If I call someone on an AT&T plan I don't pay the $.10 (but I still pay the $1 fee if it's my first call of the day).

Running is the only thing that'll let me lose weight. When I run (54 minutes) in the mornings, my appetite doesn't bother me as much during the day. If I do it 4-5 days a week I lose 2 lbs a week.

Gee, I sure hope my next door neighbors read this article.

I'm imagining an office full of cubicles like Jonathon's. Computers with speakers and mics chiming in on conversations between other computers with speakers and mics and not a living person in sight.

Yeah, "It's supposed to be a joke." Good thing I caught that before slamming down the fish sauce from five months ago.

I tried the 100 pushups routine (www.hundredpushups.com/) for a few weeks. In the midst of it I wondered who would conceive such a silly idea. In week three, how I was supposed to be able to go from just barely being able to do 30 pushups to doing 35 pushups the very next day is beyond me.

For two years I've used a Google Notebook (now backed up in Zoho and Google Docs) to log exercise, weight, checkup results, general eating habits, race results, how many push ups I can do, etc.

... oh, the "original" Battlestar series. Never mind.

Battlestar Galactica is on NBC???

Seeing some guy I don't know making searches against a closed search engine I've never tried looks great! It's like watching my 4 year old nephew playing video games.
