Thank you Crystal for the software links. I've been looking for applications to organize all the various details of my writing project. So far I've got an unwieldy mess of folders full of text files. I will certainly check out your suggestions.

This article reminded me that I used to have a hard time keeping my eyes open after lunch. I've changed what I eat and it's no longer a problem, even though I've got the same sleep habit. Oatmeal for breakfast, salad with 2 Boca Burgers for lunch and I've got all the energy I need for the day.
