I have seven old ide drives between 14 and 200 gb that were sitting in a drawer. I bought a usb adapter (same idea as an enclosure, but without the enclosure). I now use the old drives as backups and transporting data. They're still sitting in a drawer, but now with relevant data.

I do a couple of exercises that extend from my elbow to the tip of my fingers. With elbows planted on my desk, I move my forearms within a four foot circumference and lightly press the tips of my fingers downward.
