Horribly outdated? As an owner of a 2011 m37, I thought having 3d with actual buildings in some areas was pretty good tech. One of my favorite parts of the car actually. I don't know what you're comparing it to, but in my uses it looks great and works very, very well.

Unrelated question...I've only recently begun seeing editing where the sides of the image are blurred. Is there a reason for this? I would think maybe it would focus our attention to the center of the frame but I've seen ESPN do it seemingly for no reason. Just curious.
