I'm surprised by all the hate.. I see some very valid points.. but a phone that pushes the envelope and comes up with some very interesting original (and some rehashed/reimagined) ideas is awesome in my book.

Right and i was talking about gun control because the topic of Europe V America (contrasted).. I was less talking about gun control as a national political issue and more talking about gun control in America as it contrasts to the implied (by @swistak) superiority of more strict gun control in European countries.

Someone mentioned lethal force for self defense.. guns are the main lethal force gizmo.. (as opposed to the taser guns, pepper spray, etc.)

ha wow... I would venture to guess that it's safer to have any large amount of water dropped from a greater height than a lesser height... and that as dropping height increases, so will safety.

Yeah it may not the best design aesthetically, but it does give a good edge for your index finger to push on when you're sliding out the keyboard (something for your thumb to oppose.)
