@Roth: Yes, because picking up a controller is such a hassle, but having people put change their clothes to play a videogame? That's fine.

@minibeardeath: Also, oil naturally decays- specifically, it both evaporates and gets eaten by microbes already in the water. Dispersants are actually just intended to speed up the process.

@ddhboy: Well, its funny you should bring up the divorce rate. I hear that ProtectMarriage is working on a new Proposition that will introduce the requirement of a Papal exemption for any dissolution of marriage, citing the fact that it is obviously a key Christian institution whose Biblical tenants must be legally

@LaziestManOnMars: Being sold isn't the same as being closed. It just means they're going to have some new board members, not that they're going to pull a Circuit City.

@Applerain: Then again, this is a gadget blog. I don't think you can really blame them for taking the gadget angle, you know?

@farcedude: *walks up to office door, pauses* "Do any of you know how to defeat an electronic keypad lock?"

@TnOdyssey001: Yeah. After the prequels and half the stuff in the Clone Wars CG series (not the Tartovsky one), there really isn't much direction to go but up. I mean, I thought all that Legacy Era stuff with Cade Skywalker was bad...

Is this reminding anyone else of that one scene in "Sneakers"?

@talkingstove: Yeah. It made for a great scene in Sneakers. I guess having to hire movers every 18 months can get to be a hassle, though.

@DaltonAtlas: Antibacterial soaps were a scam to begin with. The rapid evolution of things like MRSA came mostly from the poorly planned usage of antibiotics- they'd just keep using the latest greatest penicillin-derivative until the bacteria evolved an immunity, at which point they'd move on to the next one,

I would think that perpetually sterile medical equipment and food processing tools would be the most obvious application.

@im2fools: Plus, you know, heavy metal poisoning kind of sucks.

@Polebull: To be fair, if it was going to break from that sort of abuse, it was probably already broken by the time it was noticed.

I actually kind of liked The Time Monster. Underworld, too, was kind of neat.

@Cardinal_Clupea: And it could probably give one of those famous cranial taps to Godzilla.

@sip: They'll answer it after all their patent applications come through.

@Fuzi Lojak: "The Internet is what gives an Anon their power. It tweets us and nudges us and makes all of our personal information available on Google."

@Fuzi Lojak: "Don't be too proud of this technological terror you've constructed. The ability to destroy an aircraft is nothing compared to the power of the Media."

@Edix: "You are the poster of an unauthorized internet leak and a receiver of stolen property. Take him away!"

"Tear this condo apart until you've found that iPhone, and bring me the editor, I want him alive!"
