I actually kind of like using the iOS built-in one and let iTunes download them and just sync to my phone. that way I have the same list on my iPhone, MBP, and AppleTV, and can listen/watch podcasts on any of those three devices with a sync-d up list of what's watched and what's not.

FYI, you can just rearrange those categories at the bottom in the iOS Music app, you don't have to hit "more" if you put Podcasts earlier in the list.

There's a lot to like, it's fast, and clean looking, and the shadow effect to let you know if you are scrolled to the top or bottom or not is a great UI tweak.
