Dude, season 4 was probably some of the best (if not the best) TV i've ever seen. one was good, two and three were so-so (she annoyed me too), but season 4 was just over top awesome. great writing, and john lithgow was just amazing.

... why must EVERY post have a video these days. this type of thing does not need a video to help me understand what it does, it's completely straight forward..

@technical difficulties: I actually have the new Xbox interface, I'm on the beta, and yes it has Zune interface, but how does that not cost a nickel? I am not a current zune pass subscriber... and again, i'm talking about streaming my library, not streaming from the internet anyway. is there something I'm missing…

Only problem for me is I want to use Airplay in other places than my home where my computer is, such as my (future) airplay-enabled in-deck car stereo, friend's houses, portable speaker at the beach, etc. those devices will all exist very soon! but at home, your idea would work…

@Matt0505: Also, they want to sell this to the masses. Including your mom. And my non-techie friends' moms. It's a hard sell to get her to buy a PS3 even if the salesman tells her all about how easy it is to use it for content streaming. I mean, it even has to be bought from the games department of the big blue…

I'm waiting for 4.2 jailbreak because I really want to use AirPlay. I think it's going to be a great way to get content easily onto my home theater (music and video). Seems more convenient than using a streaming box, the interfaces are always clunky.

I have a 360, and sometimes use it to stream my iTunes library to my receiver and speakers.

I'm actually getting pretty annoyed lately that some of my favorite gadget and tech sites (this one certainly included) seem to be posting video with like half the posts these days.
