THE ISSUE IS NOT MENTAL ILLNESS. The numbers are clear: the overwhelming majority of these mass shooters are DISAFFECTED WHITE MEN with an axe to grind, usually with Nazi style leanings.

I don’t know if this is republicans ignoring the shift in the winds and voting against their best political interests or if there will be no midterm reckoning after all and these dogs will continue to get away with assisting the mass murder of american children.

This has been my forethought. As swollen with pride as my heart is for these kids, we have failed miserably to protect them. Why we keep putting the onus on them to be responsible for their safety from monsters is beyond me. We have to do better.
