Then there’s this article in Mother Jones, pointing out that “Missouri’s proposed anti-abortion law has an eerie resemblance to the Fugitive Slave Act”

If you follow the link  to the Daily mail article, it just seems to be saying that Western Europeans, having experienced peace for over a generation, find a major war this close to them shocking. This article seems like click-bait.

Britney is certainly making up for years of being forced to suffer in silence. Under her circumstances, I’d do the same.

I am reminded of the book “Backlash” by Susan Faludi. And a focus on black history in America has examples of backlash in spades. The end of slavery brought on Jim Crow. The end of segregated schooling brought on a retreat to private schooling. 

Hypocrisy is one of their core values.

If you’ve been following the Grenfell Tower enquiry podcast by the BBC, cheap, faulty door-closing mechanisms that had to be tampered with because residents were having difficulty opening/closing doors at all was a very real problem. Sounds like that to me. 

It took them this long???! Men!!!
