My personal recommendation for light therapy - Retimer. https://www.re-timer.com/ They use blue-green light which is safer for older people (the more common blue light may cause eye damage), they’re very portable, you can walk around and do stuff while getting your light therapy, and they use much less power.

I suspect this is also true of the non-functioning ID. I wonder how many other minority students have IDs that mysteriously don’t function correctly?
