I fail to see the issue.

While still disappointing, I don’t find it very surprising that a developer from a country in which 98% of the population share the same ethnicity and culture struggles to grasp the depht and importance of representation issues.

Maybe in theory, but I have never played a game that had “sufficient” levels of diversity and felt MORE satisfied than I would have otherwise.  I think that a lot of people give it more thought than they should.

I’ll actually give this game a shot. The ASCII graphics were such a turnoff for me.

I don’t know how big she is and didn’t know anything about her before this whole affair, but is she trying to speedrun destroying her career? Because I think Kanye already won that speedrun and she should probably stop competing.

I worked gaming retail and it would not have been the first time we got sent a roll of stickers and told to smack them over some writing on a box. More then likely Blizzard thought it would make money eventually so they kept in it and gave the devs the “legal” excuse

Absolutely. I like FF, I like BRs, I don’t like gaming on mobile and definitely wouldn’t like a 3rd person shooter on one. If the game had performance issues on top of things that’s just even worse, why make something that’s clearly designed for PC and make it mobile exclusive.

Yeah. It's a bit strange to see this written about like some technological marvel when it's just the same basic chroma keying I remember doing in video production classes in the 90s.

Using OBS; setup 2 sources; pr0n video as background, game capture as foreground. Set up a chromakey on the game capture using the same colour as the ink. Adjust Similarity and Transparency sliders for desired effect. Profit.

This technology has been around for decades…it’s the same thing as a green screen.

I still cannot believe that in the year of our lord 2022 people still do not understand what Nintendo is doing, still do the thing where they post “I dunno I think Nintendo definitely is going to drop off for sure this time” and then do a “Pikachu shocked face” when Nintendo makes all of the money.
