I’d absolutley pay for the steam version right now, even a pre-order, or early access, or something! But instead nothing has happened at this point for years so... :\

The listed release date on Steam of “TIME IS SUBJECTIVE” was cute. For the first couple years. But if you want ramp up some support for yourselves, maybe it’s time to at least pseudo-commit to at least a year. Just so fans that aren’t hanging on every dev blog know it’s not stuck in development hell.

It seems like they are claiming that, which is wild.

The estimates I’ve seen have found that it would take at least $100,000 and up to $500,000 to fully upgrade your character. Or, if you want to play the game exclusively “free”, you would need to sink anywhere from 10-20 years of continuous play to do it.

The game is called Abandoned and it sounds like that was the plan for development all along as well

damn it’s almost as if the problem is systemic and there’s no escape from within the system, even when you’re successful

Its kinda sad that Giant Bomb was started so Jeff and his friends wouldnt have to worry about corporation interference after he was fired from Gamespot and after 14 years they just did a full circle and went back to being stuck with corporation interference.

You’re absolutely right. Viewing one person as a person immediately diminishes all other injustices in the world. Truly, justice and goodness are part of a zero sum game.

I appreciate your use of that Wisconsin boomer-ass turn of phrase

This guy really went “I don’t support LGBTQ+ people because of my religion which is purely anti-LGBTQ+...

I’m sure you’re as aware of this as I am, but for anybody else who might not be aware: the folks saying that their shitty views deserve to be respected don’t actually care about tolerance. They’re just using the language of tolerance to try and defend being bigots.

“I don’t agree with how he went about it, but it’s his religion and we have to respect it just like people apart of the lgbtq community should be respected,” another replied.

“I don’t agree with how he went about it, but it’s his religion and we have to respect it just like people apart of the lgbtq community should be respected,” another replied.

Agreed.  Being “religious” isn’t carte blanche to be a raging homophobic dickface ... no matter how many Americans would like it to be.

I wonder how that same person would feel if they came across a Christian using their religion to justify Islamaphobia.

I only believe in what my religion tells me is acceptable, said someone on the internet which isn’t mentioned in any scripture.

“WTF is this?” one person referencing Almalki’s comment asked FaZe Clan’s account. “I don’t agree with how he went about it, but it’s his religion and we have to respect it just like people apart of the lgbtq community should be respected,” another replied.

This, but also, I like how nobody realizes that these have become the old ways and that we should always strive to improve ourselves and our hearts. We all want love and acceptance. We're social animals.

“I don’t agree with how he went about it, but it’s his religion and we have to respect it just like people apart of the lgbtq community should be respected,” another replied.”

The fuck we do.

“Just to clarify that I don’t support any kind of LGBTQ or anything similar even if ‘FaZe’ does,” he wrote in a now-deleted quote-tweet. “I’m a Muslim.”
