I hope you can enjoy BotW with your next try. Imo it’s an amazing game and one of the few open-world games I didn’t get bored of after a few hours.

Just don’t bother much with the weapon degradation. The games give you more weapons than you should need and if you’re a crazy person like my best friend, you can even fight a bunch of enemies in other ways without the usage of weapons.

It’s been selling way better than before Awakening saved the entire franchise, so it’s at a pretty good place right now imo. (+ FE Heroes makes tons of money)

I hope the combat will be good because if I could wish for one mod Stardew Valley should get, it’s one that completely overhauls the combat.

You could check out Deep Rock Galactic, which is similar. Instead of humans, you play space dwarfs and instead of zombies, you fight alien insects.

Also Earth Defense Force is really good, but that’s more “Serious Sam” with giant insects and kaijus than L4D.
