Spoiler: The gunplay always felt awful and it’s the biggest weakpoint of the franchise imo.

Oh yeah and Ace Attorney.... when they acutally get localized.... (I’m looking at you Dai Gyakuten Saiban) not to mention that they only get localized in english since Dual Destinies.
But then you could also say there was no real 3D Mario since SM64 because each of them had some kind of gimmick.
No I only meant the enemies.
Nintendo doesn’t even have the virtual console anymore!
It’s shocking to see the lengths Capcom will go to not make another real Resident Evil game. It’s rivaled only by Nintendo’s unwillingness to make another real Star Fox game.
SAME.
Have you ever played Chrono Trigger? That game had the exact same thing and some moves hit enemies around a certain area, so if they were standing closer together you would hit more.
Sounds totally fine tbh?
Uhmmmmm, I did for a long time. I watched Dragonball, I read the new Naruto chapter every week since the start of the Ninja War arc and completed it and I binged One Piece from time to time. (but I’m a few years behind again as of now)
You don’t *grind* in FF8 for levels, you can’t just whack on things over and over.
I get LiA like almost every week but there was no joke? I mean, yeah, you’re not evil in Shadowbringers because it would be boring as hell, go figure.
It was also released for the PSP which would make it easier to port.
The lootboxes in OW were getting on my nerves too though. It felt like every 1 1/2 months the game got 5 new skins that either cost 4000 credits or were so hard to get that you HAD to pay money to have a chance to get what you wanted. Sure, it’s only cosmetic but there was no real way to work towards a reward because…
As someone who grew up with the german version of Cha-La head Cha-La I have the following to say:
Although having vocals in a battle music (even just for boss battles) is a BAD IDEA.
Dragon Quest XI has terrible music.
Everyone just accepted Gatcha for what it is. Also the big difference between this and Overwatch for example: It’s free to play, Overwatch was a game that you had to buy and then it also had lootboxes in it. (doesn’t make Gatcha good but non-F2P games worse)
Where were you in the last 9 years? That’s just standard gacha.
In terms of quality storytelling? YES. Absolutely. I love FFIX (it’s my favorite) and I also love FFXIV and the stories it tells. A Realm Reborn is a bit too slow and lacks most of the good writing, but it absolutely picks up on that with the expansion after it. (aka Heavensward)
