At least 2/3 majority in most jurisdictions. 

I think that’s going to be the biggest takeaway, at least at first.  Stuff will look great, sure, but people will notice the load times (shortening) a lot more.

I swear that on console, you can die, get revived, and die again all before the inventory menu fully loads.
